Facility Rental Time

• 8 hours total = 1 hour rehearsal, 2 hrs for set up, 4 hrs for ceremony & reception, 1 hr clean up.
• Saturday morning receptions have a 3 hr ceremony & reception.
• Additional Time may be purchased @ $500 hour for your event.

• VOSH (The Vista On Seward Hill) is shown by appointment on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays
• Other days and times are available upon request.

Pricing

• Weekdays $2500
• Saturday mornings & Sundays are $3500
• Fridays are $4500 ~Saturday nights are $5500.
• The Sundays before Memorial Day and Labor Day are $5500.
• All Holiday events are $5500.
• Please ask about our Special’s and off Season pricing.
