From the moment guests arrive at VOSH their eyes are drawn to the wonderful courtyards and landscaping. As visitors  go through the Gazebo which is arranged with  choices of items, such as Guest Registry, Ceremony Programs, Engagement Photos etc.    Once on The Vista grounds visitors will be greeted by VOSH staff members, who will assist guests and wedding party with gifts and remind all about signing the Guest Registry and silencing all mobile devices prior to ceremony. The music of your choice will be playing as those attending are gathering in the glass lined Stone Pavilion or Fire Pit Courtyard with your choice of colored garden balls. Fifteen to 20 minutes before the ceremony your VOSH Event Coordinator/MC will begin to announce that general seating has started, and reminding  again about silencing  mobile devices. VOSH Event Coordinator will arrange the wedding party as rehearsed prior to the ceremony. (Rehearsal with VOSH Event Coordinator is all part of the wedding package.) Ceremony music of your choice will be playing as the wedding party makes their Grand Entrance down the Covered Pathway then over the Stone Archway. Guests will be amazed by the European styling of The Vista Ceremony Deck and Wall. Attendees will hear every word of your vows and ring exchange as the wedding couple and clergy will be fitted with a wireless microphone. Other wireless microphones will be available if needed for readings and musicians.

Once the ceremony is completed, your VOSH Event Coordinator/MC will announce that a reception will begin in the glass lined Stone Pavilion and/or Fire Pit Courtyard. A Chef’s Table will be available for appetizers. This will give the newlyweds time to return to The Vista Ceremony Deck and Wall for photos with immediate family and wedding party. Guests will be welcome to enjoy the glass lined Stone Pavilion with its three lounges and its A/V System with 80 inch video screen available to show your choice of video or photos. Minuets before the introduction of the newlyweds, VOSH Event Coordinator/MC will invite all guests and family to meet in the Fire Pit Courtyard for introduction of newlyweds over the Stone Archway. Then immediate family members and wedding party will go through Waterfall Buffet first and enjoy their meal in the Grand Banquet Hall. Newlyweds will be escorted to the Secret Garden for their choice of drinks and appetizers, full meal from buffet or just a moment to soak it all in. From the Secret Garden newlyweds will be escorted into Grand Banquet Hall where their guests and family will have an opportunity to congratulate them as they go from (not form) table to table. VOSH Event Coordinator/MC will announce that the newlyweds are now about 20-30 minutes away from their Cake Cutting, Toasts and Formal Dances. This will be a great opportunity for guests to make their way through the Main Bar getting Champagne or the beverage of their choice for toasts. Once all guests, family members, wedding party and associated professionals are ready, newlyweds will be introduced at the reception in glass lined Stone Pavilion. Once newlyweds are in the glass lined Stone Pavilion Alcove, VOSH Event Coordinator/MC will announce cake cutting, toasts and formal dances. For the next couple hours VOSH DJ will provide music, colored lights and sound. Newlyweds will enjoy their celebration with guests and family. The reception ends with guests and family lined up awaiting the newlyweds’ departure. VOSH Event Coordinator/MC will introduce the newlywed couple as they leave in a Sea of Bubbles provided by VOSH.
